Does anyone know where I can get the Snow White Wicked Queen Costume for 3 yr old?

My 3 year old said she wants to be the mean witch from Snow White. I have asked her several times, and this is what she keeps telling me. I can’t find this costume anywhere. I don’t sew and am not very handy at making things. Does anyone have suggestions?
I checked walmart.com they only had snow white costumes. I looked up ebay, they had the wicked witch, but only for adults. Thanks for trying though.
